Light renovation work focused on bringing a property back to its best condition: drywall repair and replacement, flooring updates, fixture replacement, lighting upgrades, trim and finish carpentry. The kind of work that moves the needle on first impressions, appraised value, and days on market.

 

Curb Appeal & Exterior Improvement

Pressure washing, deck and stair refinishing, exterior paint and stain, landscaping cleanup, bed preparation, and mulching. First impressions start at the street.
