Tailwind Productions provides several services for owners of Short Term Rental properties, primarily those located in the vicinity of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The metro areas which perform well for investors are Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Wears Valley and Townsend.
Photography & Video
We provide traditional and aerial photography and video assets that owners use in creating high quality property listings that entice guests to book reservations and keep vacancies low. These assets may be used in perpetuity on listing sites like AirBNB, VRBO, Homeaway and others, on social media sites and on company websites, under Tailwind Productions terms of use.
Packages include options for traditional photography (interior/exterior), videography, and aerial photography/videography. Multiple properties can be quoted together or separately, and estimates are always free.
