Pricing - Cabins
Overview:
All packages includes lifetime usage rights for all provided images and video, excluding resale.
All photographs are cropped effectively, color balanced, adjusted for contrast, sharpness, and intensity. A round of review and revision will be scheduled with the owner to ensure their expectations are exceeded.
To cover travel costs, a $49 fee is assessed per trip. To save costs, multiple cabins can be covered in a single trip, and when possible, we will work to schedule multiple clients with single cabins into a single trip to save them money. Jobs exceeding $500 have the travel fee waived.
Package 1: Aerial Imagery - Budget
10 exterior aerial photographs, professionally processed*. Includes the choice of an exterior aerial 360' short video to showcase the property and its beautiful setting, or 10 additional aerial photos.

Package 2: Traditional Photography - Budget
20 interior/exterior photographs, as needed, all professionally processed*. At no additional charge, exterior panorama images available on request, typically used to showcase the view from the property.

50 interior/exterior photographs, as needed, all professionally processed*. At no additional charge, Panorama images available on request, typically used to showcase the view, provided weather and lighting cooperate.

Package 4: Traditional and Aerial Imagery - Budget
10 exterior aerial photographs, 20 interior/exterior photographs, as needed - all professionally processed*. Also comes with a short video tour of the interior and an exterior aerial 360' short video to showcase the property and its beautiful setting.

Package 5: Aerial Imagery - Deluxe
30 exterior aerial photographs, professionally processed*. Includes the choice of additional photos or an exterior aerial 360' medium length video to showcase the exterior of the property and its beautiful setting, with 360' footage and interesting flavor footage of the features around the cabin. We'd love to hear your ideas for what to capture for the video if you're more familiar with the area.

Package 6: Traditional and Aerial Imagery - Deluxe
30 exterior aerial photographs, 40 interior/exterior photographs as needed - all professionally processed*. Includes the choice of additional traditional and aerial photos or medium length video tours of the interior and exterior to showcase the exterior of the property and its beautiful setting, with 360' footage and interesting flavor footage of the features around the cabin.

Package 7: Maker Special
This one is for the creatives! We give you the raw material to make the magic happen.
We will provide you with the full complement of unprocessed photographs and all unedited video footage captured during the session, typically over 40 interior photos and over 30 exterior aerial photos in RAW and JPG formats, plus 10-15 minutes of 4k or 2.7k video at 60 or 30 fps (frames per second).
You get to call the shots, process the photos, choose your own crops, control the edits and tell your own story with your photos and videos you create.
